Great staff and always encouraging. I'm over sixty so don't be intimidated by any workout. I have found it has been the best for me in terms of cardio and strength. Trust me you will NEVER feel that you got short changed on a workout!

I was pretty nervous the first time that I joined CrossFit Bios. I was no where near the fitness level that I used to be at. It was pretty awesome how Bios tailored the workout to my fitness level so I didn't feel overwhelmed and felt great enough to come back for more!

Unlike my years at traditional gyms, I started noticing gains in my cardio levels almost immediately. I felt happier and my 5K run times improved by 15 minutes in a short 2 months time.

All the trainers are fantastic and I always feel that I get that special attention that I'd have to spend hundreds of dollars at a traditional gym. I highly recommend this for anyone of any fitness level.
